Supply Chain Control Tower Simulator
Make weekly inventory and production decisions as demand changes, suppliers slip and capacity becomes tight.
What you will practice
Each round presents a demand signal and a disruption such as a promotion spike, supplier delay, factory capacity loss, port congestion, forecast miss or quality hold. Adjust planned production and expedite quantity, then compare service, cost, inventory and backorders.
How the round works
Opening inventory, incoming supply and expedited units cover the week’s demand and any carried backlog. Planned production enters the pipeline for a later week. A round summary explains the effect of demand miss, receipts, capacity, expedite spending, holding cost and backorders.
Learning use: the numbers and costs are illustrative. This is not an operational planning system, a production forecast or company data.
